This luxury door has been used not only for many entries to fine homes and buildings but also as passage doors to either special rooms or throughout the whole home. We make doors in many wood species including Cherry, Mahogany, Walnut, Maple, Oak, Alder, Teak, Poplar, European Steamed Beech, and others. Every door is handcrafted to your specifications. The standard thickness is 1-3/8", 1-3/4", and 2-1/4" but 3" and above are also available.

The NEW-TECH® CENTURY door’s sandwich construction method eliminates the splitting or separating through joints normally associated with stile and rail construction. The door is extremely stable over time and under a variety of environmental conditions. The door’s sandwich construction starts with a 3/4” hardwood plywood mono-core, that is then edge blocked and bonded with 1/2” (3/4” for 2-1/4” door) thick solid stain grade wood on both sides. Additionally, the core stabilizes the stiles and rails thereby reducing the possibility of warping over time that is often found with solid or tow-piece lay-ups. The panels are built in the same fashion with a hardboard core that is laminated with solid stain grade wood on both sides thus preventing split through and shrinking.
You may choose different wood specie on each side to match the décor of each room.
Choose from light, medium, or heavy distressing done by hand by our craftsmen to achieve the unique old world or Southwestern look. The photo features knotty alder with medium distressing.
We will insert any decorative glass that's commercially available, or the panels can be left open for your own custom glass insert.
